Robert Vollrath is a respected executive with extensive experience in investor relations and in-depth knowledge of the German and international capital markets. Since 2012, he has held various positions in Investor Relations at Deutsche Bank, most recently as Deputy Global Head of Investor Relations. Prior, he spent three years at Deutsche Börse, where he was responsible for setting up the OTC Clearing business within Eurex Clearing. He began his career at the management consultancy McKinsey & Company, where he managed to become a Junior Partner from 2001 to 2009. Dr Phoebe Kebbel, Managing Partner of Hering Schuppener Consulting, said: “The demands placed on communication with capital market players have increased continuously in recent years. Dialogue with investors – whether committed for the long term or motivated by activism – is vital for the strategic positioning of listed companies and thus also a central element of our consulting approach. We are very pleased to welcome Robert Vollrath, such an experienced expert of the investor relations scene, to our partner team.”

With immediate effect, Robert Vollrath will advise and support Hering Schuppener’s clients from the Frankfurt office in the areas of investor communication, dealing with activists and organizing capital markets days. “It has always been a great challenge to convey the right messages to the capital market. At the same time, however, it also offers a great opportunity to win investors over to its goals in the long term. After almost ten years on the corporate side, I am looking forward to returning to consulting and working with one of the strongest financial communications teams in the world to support companies in their strategic communications,” said Robert Vollrath, commenting on his new role.
